Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 21 March 2026. WebClvr Limited is committed to making this website as accessible and usable as possible for all visitors, including people with disabilities. This statement applies to the mtdclvr.co.uk website.
1. Our accessibility commitment
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. We aim to design and maintain the site so that users can navigate content clearly, understand information easily, and interact with key pages and calls to action using a range of devices, browsers, and assistive technologies.
Our aim is to work towards conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a practical benchmark for website accessibility.
2. How you should be able to use this website
You should be able to:
- zoom in up to 200% or more without losing core content or functionality;
- navigate most of the site using a keyboard;
- use common screen readers and browser accessibility settings to access page content;
- read content with clear heading structure, visible contrast, and straightforward language across most pages.
3. Compliance status
This website is currently partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA. This is because we are continuing to review, test, and improve accessibility across the site.
This classification is an informed draft based on the current site structure and intended accessibility approach. It is not a substitute for a full manual and assistive-technology-based accessibility audit.
4. Known limitations
We are working to review and improve the following areas where relevant:
- ensuring all interactive elements have sufficiently clear focus states and keyboard behaviour;
- checking any future dashboard imagery, charts, or product mockups for text alternatives and sufficient contrast;
- testing responsive layouts to confirm readability and usability at higher zoom levels and on smaller screens;
- reviewing link text and button labels to make sure they remain descriptive and unambiguous across the site;
- testing future embedded tools, forms, or third-party content for accessibility before launch.
5. Alternative formats and support
If you need information on this website in a different format, or if you encounter an accessibility barrier, please contact us and tell us:
- the page or content you were trying to use;
- what difficulty you experienced;
- the format you need, if you require an alternative version.
Contact us at hello@mtdclvr.co.uk. We will do our best to respond promptly and provide a suitable alternative where reasonably possible.
6. Feedback
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of the MTDClvr website. If you find a problem not listed in this statement, or think we are not meeting accessibility expectations, please email hello@mtdclvr.co.uk.
7. Ongoing improvement
We intend to review accessibility as the website develops and before major new content, forms, or interactive features are launched. Accessibility improvements should form part of design, content, and development updates, not be treated as a one-off exercise.
8. Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared on 21 March 2026. It should be reviewed at least annually and sooner if the website changes significantly or if a formal accessibility audit is completed.
The structure of this statement has been informed by GOV.UK accessibility statement guidance and model statement wording. That guidance is primarily aimed at public sector websites; we are using it here as a best-practice framework for a private sector website.
